02:09So we started looking online at property and found this lot.

02:20I made a transition from the zoo world.
02:22Well, Lithia is full of wildlife, so you're going to feel right at home.

02:26And that's a big reason why we love this land and property.

02:32We were actually lifeguards.

02:34And we were paired up for the Heimlich maneuver.

02:38Nature's been a big part of our life.
02:40I even proposed to her at an aquarium.

02:44We have a daughter.

02:49She loves all things princesses.
02:51And of course, we have our little boy, Giovanni.

02:55He is very much like me when I was a kid.

02:59So he loves dinosaurs, sharks.

03:06Well, it's rent free.

03:22What are some key features that you have to have in this new home?

03:42For me, I've always loved farmhouse with white outdoor paint colors.

03:51I'm just not a big fan of white.
03:54I mean, I know we have different tastes and colors.
