In this video, we took to the streets of New York City to find out what the most overrated place people traveled to all around the world was. From Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., these cities were a little overhyped in their opinions. What is the most overrated city you’ve ever traveled to?

00:03LA is not it. I'm so sorry, guys.

00:05People think it's like a big city and it's just like a huge suburban sprawl.

00:09And I'm from there, so I can say it.

00:10I think Florida's really overrated.

00:11Nashville, which I know is such an odd thing to say,

00:14but I was expecting Austin and I felt like I got Vegas.

00:18I hate to say it because it's not their fault,

00:20but when I went to Portugal, I got the worst case of food poisoning.

00:25So I don't have great memories of Portugal.

00:27I mean, it was someone's fault in Portugal.

00:30Los Angeles. There's nothing like New York.

00:33Definitely New York.

00:34When you arrive, it's like, oh no, it's not as good as you saw on TikTok, on Instagram.

00:39Well, I do like Hawaii, but I do think it's a little overrated

00:42because there's also a lot of beautiful places like that

00:45that are just as good and a little cheaper.

00:47I hate to say this because I'm from the DMV, but I would say Washington, D.C.

00:51It's good for the right people, but I would say for your average traveler or tourist,

00:56it's just not going to do it.
