00:11Go family firms. Trillanes also files the same cases against Go's father, Desiderio

00:17of CLTG Builders, and his brother, Alfredo of Alfrego Builders and Supply. The complaint

00:22was partly based on a 2018 Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism report that CLTG

00:28and Alfrego secured the most government projects in Davao from 2007 to 2017.

00:33This was when Duterte was mayor of Davao City until he became Philippine president.

00:37We know that it's a big deal with Bongo and Duterte, that's why they can't find out

00:46that it's not an influence. This is a violation of our law, and that's why we have it.

00:55Trillanes also notes that the two firms were awarded a total of P6.6 billion in government

01:00contracts from 2007 to 2018. He filed similar charges in 2024, which was later dismissed by

01:07former Ombudsman Samuel Martires. What's new in this complaint was the mention of the Go family's

01:13links to contractors Curly and Sara Diskaya. CLTG and St. Gerard Construction were in a joint venture in

01:20five Davao Region projects, amounting to P816 million.
