00:00Feels like sometimes you go from bad to worse. Well, I guess it is, but the Miami Dolphins
00:03do have one win, but they certainly are not playing up to performance. By the way, understand
00:08this. I said to myself before this weekend, Joe, 31 to 6 was the final Cleveland Browns
00:12and the Miami Dolphins. Not even I could have predicted a 25-point win by the Cleveland
00:16Browns, but you are looking at a situation for the Miami Dolphins, and I keep saying
00:20it is a powder keg right now. This team has clearly quit on his head coach. The quarterback
00:24doesn't care about getting, about playing at all. Just give you my paycheck. I'm going
00:28to go home. The Dolphins going into cooler temperatures and windy, rainy conditions where
00:33they're also getting pounded by the own media themselves. This is what you get. A 31 to
00:386 performance where Tua got benched. He was atrocious with three interceptions. Couldn't
00:42give a damn where that ball went and a passer rating of 24.1. Joe, his QBR, 3.4 in this
00:49game. Nobody getting fired in Miami. No more changes to be made. Everything is good. What
00:54am I missing? Yeah. Well, what you're missing is total dysfunction. That has been there for
01:01a while now. And yeah, it's time to blow it up and start from scratch. There's a few organizations
01:08here where there are going to be significant changes from the top down, by the way. And it's
01:16going to start here in Miami. I mean, outside of that first year, I think he was hired in 2022.
01:22Outside of maybe that first year, maybe year and a half there, this offense, he was supposed
01:29to be this offensive genius. And it's completely gone off the deep end. He's clearly not that.
01:35And he's got a quarterback that can't figure out which way is up, which way is down. I'm
01:40a good team and I'm not a good teammate. My teammates blow. It's me. It's it. This whole
01:45thing starts from zero leadership. And he was right about one thing. No leadership from the
01:51top down. This was the team that you put together and thought was going to be a an opportunity to
01:57chase the bills down. It's laughable on so many levels. And again, but at this point, if I'm
02:03Steven Ross, the owner of the Dolphins, Donnie, wait until the season's over. There is absolutely
02:09no reason for you to try to do anything at this point. The season is over. Let it run its course
02:15and then fire everyone when it's all said and done. Now we just heard from Justin Fields with
02:19a ridiculous press conference. How about a couple of words here from Mr. McDaniel here
02:23on what he was thinking about? So the way I look at this job is I find it very offensive
02:31to all parties involved. If I'm thinking about having the job, I need to be doing my job. So
02:38for as long as I coach for the Miami Dolphins in this organization, they'll get everything
02:45from me. And I refuse to spend my time thinking about something that you have a job, you do your
02:56job, and you do it to the best of your ability. And that's where my concern lies. I think it's
03:05offensive to all coaches, players, and the organization if I'm spending that precious
03:11time thinking about myself.
03:13Like that organization is just toxic overall. Maybe nobody can ever win there as a head coach.
03:18And I do like Mike McDaniel. Like I think he's a very good offensive coordinator. He'll do a very
03:21good job wherever he goes next, but it's not working. Like the quarterback, the system,
03:25I understand they're injured and you're not getting what you want out of two attack on by Loa.
03:28But I don't think like if you're a genius on offense, you don't wind up with these type of
03:33performances on a week to week base. I'm sorry. I'm just sorry.
03:36No, no, you don't. But you know what really is offensive, Mike McDaniel, is the fact that
03:41this organization gave Tua a contract extension that carries a $55 million salary cap hit next year
03:50that is fully guaranteed. You're stuck with him. There is nothing you can do with Tua.
03:57So congratulations. You put yourself back yourself into this corner. He is going to be your quarterback
04:04next year, whether you want him or you don't. Otherwise, Donnie, they're going to do what college
04:08programs do. We're just going to pay you to never show up in the building again. That'd be great.
04:14Here's $55 million and just go away. But that means they can't get anybody else either. That's
04:20the other issue that we have with Miami.
