01:44Yeah, so my brother passed away around seven or eight years ago to a horrible disease.
01:49So that's why we're running today.
01:50Good morning, I'm Mick. I'm running the Great South Run with the fridge on my back.
01:54I took it up Mount Snowdon in June and raised three and a half thousand.
01:58This time doing it for men and their emotions, which helps men with free counselling,
02:02stops them, brings them back from the point of suicide.
02:05There's a really good charity, so there'll be a link, go on there, a few quid, it all matters.
02:09It's built up.
02:25You are looking so good. Welcome to your finish.
02:28More exposed areas on the coastline.

02:42The ball might have fallen off. Show it to us as you come to the finish line.
02:58My name is Alan. I'm 50 years old and I started running just before Covid and I run just to make my kids happy.
03:07Oh, it was really good. I normally do the Great South run dressed as something.
03:12So I've done a crab and a banana and this time it was just to go around and high five all the children and just go for fun.
03:20Hi, my name is Arnie. I'm 28 and I've been running the Great South today as a dinosaur for cancer research.
03:28Actually, I've been running quite a lot for South Sea Park Run. I believe I've ran nearly 200 miles now, about 220 miles as this dinosaur.
03:38And actually have the world record for fastest T-Rex doing a marathon.
03:43So today I was taking it easy. Thankfully, I had another dinosaur who I'd convinced to run for the first time.
03:50And the aim really is to try and get as many dinosaurs out there as I can.
03:54People think they're extinct, but I think they're making a quick comeback.
03:58Brilliant.
03:59I think we're all people think that you are in class to yep.
