00:33Sabi ni Secretary Vince Dizon,

00:35siguradong maraming mawawala ng trabaho sa DPWH.

00:41yung mga kasong pina-file natin at yung mga nadidiscover natin,

00:45talagang maraming mawawala from top to bottom.

01:03Plano ni Dizon ang buhay ng DPWH Cadet Engineering Program,

01:07isang recruitment at training program para sa batang civil engineers

01:10na kalauna ay magiging mga opisyalo engineer ng DPWH.

01:13They are the ones who inspect the quality of the projects

01:17before it is turned over to DPWH for payment.

01:24And if they find out that it is substandard,

01:29then the contractor who did it was compelled to fix it at his own expense.

01:40na mapagkakatiwalaan ang mga magiging bagong opisyalo engineer

01:44kung galing din sila sa loob ng kagawarang nabahira na ng mga anomalya?

01:49Kailangan na rin natin i-develop yung quality ng tao sa DPWH

01:53kasi hindi naman pwedeng uminto yung trabaho ng DPWH.
