16:29But if you take away the negative things from your life online, especially if there are accounts that you don't know in real life.
16:36If you're following someone who only posts negative stuff, you can unfollow them and it will make your life a little bit better afterwards.

38:34a big collection of them she would be top three in ireland so she's at the highest level at her age
38:40my plan is i want to get a scholarship over to america i'd like to be good at running
38:47and i also need to be good in school to get a scholarship
38:55giselle is unreal athletic she doesn't give herself like the credit but she's like phenomenal
39:03i train five days a week and i do the gym like strength and conditioning with my coach
39:11i find it hard to kind of wrap my head around the level of dedication at that age i think it's
39:15incredibly impressive what does the study night look like tonight so i can't i have a match on
39:19training giselle now is heading into her junior cert um i don't know how seriously she's taking that
39:25side of things okay so you've got loads of sports there's loads of sports kind of impacting the
39:29study a small bit is it yeah i do know that she wants to hopefully get a scholarship to study in
39:34the united states i think the point she's missing is it's an academic program with a sideline of
39:41athletics okay would you not sacrifice the sports for like a week or two no no never all right okay
