00:00I think it's not a hidden truth
00:06that women are one of the most people
00:08who are affected by this memorandum.
00:10We have read and shared a lot of testimonies
00:12about what they have done specifically to women
00:14but it's really hard
00:16to summarize it in a very little
00:18because the effect is huge
00:20but it's putting women
00:22into places of very
00:24lack of freedom of movement
00:26in being held
00:28into detention centers in very
00:30inhumane conditions
00:32opposed to very much violence
00:34sexual and physical violence
00:36in many, many others
00:38lack of freedom in strategies of food
00:40and help from humanitarian aids
00:42and above all
00:44women being treated very awfully
00:46and unhumane. Every day we receive
00:48messages, hundreds of messages
00:50unfortunately about women and mothers
00:52on the move between countries
00:54mostly stuck in Libya
00:56and don't have the choice or the ability to move
00:58to save themselves eventually
01:00because of this memorandum
01:01they're being stuck and pushed back.
01:03The easiest, more
01:05the most logical and human thing
01:07which is, I don't know why the politicians don't see it
01:09but stop the memorandum.
01:10Stop it. Stop killing people.
01:11Stop murdering people.
01:12Stop using borders as an excuse for crime.
01:15Stop the memorandum.
