00:06Sa 11pm bulletin ng pag-asa, nakataas ang signal number 1 sa Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya,

00:12southern portion ng Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, southern portion ng Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan,

00:20pati sa Aurora, Nueva Ecija, eastern portions ng Bulacan, Tarlac at Pampanga,

00:26northern and eastern portions ng Quezon, kabilang ang Pulillo Islands, Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Burias at Tikau Island.

00:36Gayun din sa northern Samar at sa northern portions ng eastern Samar at Samar.

00:42Huling namataan ang Bagyong Ramil, 445 km east ng Huban, Sorsogon.

00:48May lakas na 55 km per hour at bugsong 70 km per hour.

00:53Kubikilos ito, pakaluran sa bilis na 30 km per hour.

00:57Sa forecast track ng pag-asa, pakaluran pa rin ang galaw ng bagyo sa susunod na labing dalawang oras.

01:04Pusible itong mag-landfall sa Catanduanes bukas ng hapon at maaring dumaan malapit o tumawid sa mainland Bicol sa gabi.

01:13Pusible itong mag-landfall ulit sa Quezon o Aurora sa susunod na umaga.

01:17Pero dapat pa rin maghanda ang mga lugar na sakop ng tinatawag na cone of probability kung saan maaari itong bumaba o umangat.

01:28Tatawarin ito ang northern o central zone palabas ng West Philippine Sea hanggang makaalis ng PAR sa lunes.

01:35Bukod sa Bagyong Ramil, posible ring magpaula ng easterlies at localized thunderstorms.
