00:22Romblon, Marinduque, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Masbate, Kabila, Anticao, at Burias Islands.

00:33Pati na sa northern Samar, eastern Samar, Samar, Biliran, Leyte, southern Leyte, northern at central portion ng Cebu.

00:41Kasama ang Bantayan Islands at Camotes Islands, northeastern portion ng Bohol, northern portion ng Negros Occidental,

00:48northern portion ng Iloilo, northeastern at western portion ng Capiz, pati na ang Aklan.

00:55Signal number 1 din sa Dinagat Islands at Surigao del Norte.

00:59Huling namataan ang bagyo, 1,045 kilometers silangan ng eastern Visayas.

01:04May lakas na 120 kilometers per hour at bugsong 150 kilometers per hour.
