00:27north-eastern portion ng Nueva Ecija, southern portion ng Apayaw, Kalinga, Abra,

00:32natitirang bahagi ng Benguet, southern portion ng Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, at La Union.

00:39Signal number 1 naman sa rest of mainland Cagayan, kabilang ang Babuyan Islands,

00:44rest of Aurora, northern portion ng Quezon, kasamang Polillo Islands,

00:49Camarines Norte, northern portion ng Camarines Sur, Catanduanes,

01:05Huling nabataan ang sentro ng Bagyong Paolo, 320 kilometers east of Valer Aurora.

01:11May lakas ng hangin na 95 kilometers per hour at bugso ang aabot sa 115 kilometers per hour.

01:17Patuloy ang pagkilos ito, pakanluran sa bilis na 30 kilometers per hour.

01:21Ayon sa pagkasa, posibleng mag-landfall sa Isabela o Northern Aurora

01:27ang Bagyong Paolo bukas ng umaga at lumabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility sa Sabado.
