19:04So the story that I got from this dude is that he was traveling northbound at International.
19:08The light was not red as he was approaching, but it changed to red.

19:14She was coming out of whatever this business is here to turn.

19:19So he already admitted that it was his fault over here.

19:36She recently had surgery, so I don't know if there was any new injuries from the crash
19:40or if it just exacerbated injuries and recovered from the surgery.
19:43So she was transported with non-life-threatening injuries to the hospital.
19:47And then the other driver will be getting some tickets, at least for failing to obey
19:52a traffic control signal and possibly some more after we finish up our investigation.
19:57And one of the big takeaways, obviously, is don't be running lights.

20:02Because if you get in a crash, you're going to be even later.
20:04And someone could have been seriously injured or killed in this, especially when it's so
20:07slick outside and there's a lot of rain, wet roads, people just are always rushing.

27:18in pretty hot and heavy with authority.

27:25I think if you go in soft from the get-go, that's their first impression of you, is that
27:30they can take advantage of you, that they can get the upper hand on you, versus you come
27:35in a little heavy-handed, I think they're less likely to try you, which makes the entire
27:42interaction safer for everybody involved.
