00:08Anyway, let's start with a rig update.
00:11This is the rig I'm currently running.
00:12I'm about 85kg in the day and about 83.5kg in the morning after using the toilet.
00:17And I currently do like a bro split, I think it's called.
00:19So it's like chest one day, chest and try one day, then back and bye.
00:23Then shoulders and maybe tricep again.
00:25Next day legs and then repeat basically.
00:27Yeah.
