00:00I was contracted to go out to her home by her and her husband. They wanted the air ducts cleaned.
00:13As soon as I enter the home, the woman is standing by the door. She doesn't tell me her name or anything.
00:18I introduce myself. I let her know what I'm there for, if she could show me certain parts of the home that I'll need to know about in order to do my job.
00:25As I'm talking to her for the first time, I'm already picking up a bad energy from her.
00:30As soon as he requested access, she began her antics. She seems uncomfortable having him in her home.
00:38She is on the phone with 911 right now.
00:42Look, look at her. She said I just threatened her. What threat did I make towards you?
00:49She would periodically cut me off as I was trying to explain certain things to her.
00:52She kind of turned towards me and looked like, why do I need to show you that room?
00:58Like, why do you need to go down there?
00:59But she hesitantly decides to allow him access.
01:02So as soon as she shows me the utility room, I instantly start my work to inspect the furnace.
01:07If I pull my phone out, I'll start taking inspection photos just to show her,
01:11make sure nothing needs an extra cleaning in the furnace, make sure everything is working properly.
01:15He can feel her watching him over his shoulder, as she doesn't seem to trust him to be in the room alone.
01:20But what she asks next is shocking.
01:23She then asked me, they let me do a job like this?
01:27And that's when I kind of turned towards her, like, what does that mean?
01:30Like, I'm confused on what you're asking me.
01:32Being professional, being polite as possible, basically let her know that, yes, I am a trained professional.
01:37I then go to flick her through the photos that I just took in her furnace.
01:40That's when she looks at me and she then claims that the photos that I was showing her weren't photos of her home.
01:47But hey, me being the professional that I am, I go down and I retake the same photos so she can see me take the photos,
01:54clearly take them in her furnace and show her those photos again.
01:59She then goes on a little rant, basically saying she doesn't trust me.
02:03She doesn't think that I'm going to do a good job in her home.
02:05It's clear that Karen is not going to let this slide.
02:09He can no longer complete his work and decides to leave the home.
02:12But somehow, this only makes things worse.
02:15As I'm walking through the garage, I hear her yell that she's going to call the police.
02:19I then start to record.
02:22This is crazy.
02:23I've never, I already knew, I already knew what it was when I first got here, though.
02:28And one minute later, on the phone to the police, the waterworks start.
