My review of all the deaths / kill count from Black Phone 2. Black Phone 2 is a 2025 American supernatural horror film that is a sequel to the 2021 film The Black Phone. It is directed by Scott Derrickson from a script he co-wrote with C. Robert Cargill, and produced by Jason Blum. The film stars Ethan Hawke, Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw and Jeremy Davies reprising their roles, while Demián Bichir joins the cast. In 1982, four years after the events of the first film, Finney Blake is trying to deal with the trauma from his kidnapping by, and killing of, The Grabber. Meanwhile, his psychic sister Gwen starts having terrifying visions of mutilated children and nightmares with a phone ringing.
