00:00I think I always knew, really.

00:04Obviously, there was a lot of very bad times for me dad

00:09and I was present for a lot of them,

00:12as much as people would try and keep me away from it.

00:15But I think I always knew a little bit from a young age,

00:22but I think it gives me a lot of confidence

00:25that I can deal with my struggles

00:28because I've seen me dad come through his

00:31and I've seen him openly talk about it,

00:33so I know it's OK to do.

00:35And it's just about passing that message on now

00:38because there's still, as much as me dad spoke openly

00:41about his mental health, there's still a lot that don't.
