00:00members it's just to update you in relation to members will be aware of ongoing engagement over
00:07the years with dfi in terms of the structure of queen's quay and it's just to update members that
00:14they have advised us today that they intend to do some load testing along the quay in advance of
00:20halloween on sunday so members that will be undertaken and we'll accommodate that on our
00:27car parks etc and then we will consider any implications in terms of halloween and then if
00:33there's anything further in relation to that we can update members accordingly and then members
00:39in terms of the longer term implications we'll bring a further report back to members in due
00:44course in terms of queen's key and any updated position from dfi in relation to that thank you
00:50um is that in addition to load testing that's already taking place in the past
00:58yeah they do it regularly so they've just advised us today they intend to do it on sunday
01:06uh just a brief question on that karen does that mean the care park will be open for business as
01:12normal or will it be closed it'll be my understanding as they do it and a lot they go along so we may
01:20have to close parts of the car park along the river for very short periods of time but it doesn't take
01:24uh an awful long time so it won't be all day
