01:44Located on the banks of the North Platte River on Wyoming's High Plains, the town of Casper began as a rough-and-tumble community when oil was discovered in the 1870s.
02:02By 1888, the railroad arrived, and the town became a shipping point for cattle and wool.
02:15But in 1941, Casper was about to transform.
02:20After the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor, the U.S. government committed to creating the world's most powerful air force.
02:33Military centers were built across the United States, including here in Casper, Wyoming.
02:4120,000 men would be trained here to fly the latest bombers.
02:50In the few years this facility was active, the lives of 140 men were lost in a staggering 90 plane crashes.
03:04What could have caused such a tremendous loss of life in such a short amount of time?
03:12Some believe it was a direct result of alien activities surrounding Casper Mountain.

05:25And what we're going to do right now is we are going to meet with a gentleman by the name of Isaiah.
05:31Isaiah claims that he has captured on camera some type of night crawler entity, creature.

05:46What they didn't realize at the time was that they also captured a second humanoid type creature

10:18Like, it's on two feet, you know?
10:19It's on two legs.
10:23It's not normal.
10:24And so I ended up posting it to try to find more answers, and that's kind of where it blew up.
10:29What was it like when you first saw the image?
10:35I just, everything about it seemed very off.
10:38Since then, I've even been struggling a lot.
10:39I mean, I'm even seeing a therapist for, like, the first time.

10:44Um, deep depressive episodes.
10:46Sometimes I even have, like, I'm just going to be open here.
10:50Like, suicidal ideation sometimes and stuff.
10:53And you felt all this happen after this?

11:16The look on his face tells us he has been genuinely traumatized by what he experienced here.

11:56I am absolutely shook when I see something peer around the tunnel.
12:01There is nothing but a heavy barricade of foliage and trees shrouding the creek on the opposite side of this bridge.
12:09At this moment, I was also recording with my phone.
12:13I captured this anomaly even closer.
12:16When you look at it, it appears to be a profile of some type of face.
12:21You can clearly see an eye, a nose, and a mouth.
12:28I immediately aim my camera back where I saw it peek around the edge of the tunnel and find nothing.
12:35Just the creek and a very heavy canopy of foliage and trees.
12:40Making it impossible for anyone or anything to have escaped from.
12:45What is this?
12:47Where did it come from?
12:49I don't believe this to be any type of animal or bird.
12:53And is this just matrixing?
12:55Or is this truly the profile of a face of some type of interdimensional being?
13:01As the temperature plummets, we make our way to the top of Casper Mountain.

13:168,130 feet above sea level.
13:21The makeup of this mountain features foliated gneiss, quartzite, as well as amphibolite.
13:28These are all metamorphic rocks formed from deep heat and pressure.
13:34And they contain minerals with high metallic properties.
13:37Is it possible this metallic composition is acting as a source of energy for alien life?
13:44All right, we've just literally reached the summit of Casper Mountain.
13:49It is absolutely pitch black.
13:51If we don't have these lights, you cannot see anything.
13:54Turn these off for a second.
13:55It is pitch black.
13:59And this is an area where I'm told they spot a lot of the UFOs.
14:05There's sightings of different orbs of light coming in and to and from the mountain as if they're entering inside of it.

14:17They walked further up the mountain, and they're using some infrared binoculars and some infrared goggles that have a very long range.
14:27I'm going to have them do some surveillance on top of the mountain and in the sky just in case something is very aware of us right now.
14:35And while they're doing that, I have Kaylee here.
14:41So you apparently saw something in the sky.
14:44I saw a UFO.
14:46My daughter was just born, and we needed a break.
14:50So we left her with my mom.
14:51We decided to drive up just the bottom part of the mountain by Rotary Park there.
14:54And I'm not even kidding.
14:58It, like, came up over the hill, and it was just, it just floated there for a minute.

15:03Like a typical flying saucer.

15:06It was, like, the flat round, and it was, like, almost spinning.

17:02Now, you're part of a, of an organization that specializes in UFOology and things like that?
17:09That's correct.
17:10I am, uh, the state director, the Wyoming state director for the Mutual UFO Network,
17:14and I'm also a member of the International Board of Directors.
17:17So, uh, and as a profession, what, are you, uh, you're a city attorney for Rock Springs?
17:22I am.
17:22I'm an attorney.
17:23I've been an attorney for the last 30 years, and I've been the city attorney for the city
17:27of Rock Springs for the last seven years.
17:29Mm-hmm.
17:29Do you know of any association with this mountain and sightings?
17:35There are some sightings that have taken place in Casper and around Casper Mountain.
17:39So, I do think that it's probably one of the focal points in the state of Wyoming, yeah.

17:45Why are these UFOs in Casper?
17:48Is there something in Casper that you believe is drawing them here?
17:53I have a video of an orb that was recorded up here by a teacher photographer a couple years
17:59ago, and one case in particular that took place in the city of Casper, uh, that involved
18:04some entities.

18:07Yes.

18:08Can you talk to me about that?
18:09Yes.
18:09It happened in about, uh, November of 2010.
18:13I actually brought along the report for you to review.

18:16And, uh, in animation, uh, the craft that was seen by the witness.
18:20I sat there and watched for a minute and noticed this thing traveling southwest.
18:28I got out into the yard and I noticed that it had, like, little long windows.
18:35Uh, essentially, this witness was sleeping.
18:38This was a law enforcement officer.
18:40Uh, his dog woke him up and he went out into the backyard to let his dog out and noticed
18:45that some of the stars were being blocked out across the way from where he walked out
18:50of the door.
18:51And he looked up and noticed that there was this craft up above his neighbor's house.
18:55The craft was box-shaped.
18:57It was about, uh, 100 feet long and about 50 feet wide.
19:01And as he watched this object, it was very slowly going from his left to right.
19:06And he noticed that it had four long windows in it.
19:08And there were two entities standing in the windows.
19:12Uh, he noticed that the entity was looking at him and he was looking at the entity.
19:16And this entity, whatever it was, waved at him.
19:20So he ran inside of his house really quick to grab his camera, uh, hoping that he could
19:25catch the object.
19:26Was it just hovering there with no noise or?
19:28No sound except for, uh, a very quiet buzzing sound.
19:33Did, uh, did that noise remind you of any other sound that you'd heard before?
19:37It kind of reminds me of, uh, a transformer buzz.
19:44You know, the buzz of a transformer.
19:46Have you ever heard that?

19:50Uh, my conclusion after investigating the case was I just couldn't identify whatever it
19:55was.
19:55All the dogs in the neighborhood were just, I mean, just barking up a storm.

20:34we saw them come in and then go away.
20:37And so we were taking pictures because we thought it was...

21:37At the Casper Air Base, there is an old mental hospital from the days of World War II.
21:43During that time, this air base did report seeing strange lights over Casper Mountain.
21:50And I'm very confused as to why they would have a mental hospital at a training base.
22:01Then I was hearing that lady's voice in my head last night when we were up on top of Casper Mountain.
22:07And she was telling me that an ex-military person called her and had a conversation with her
22:17and told her that within Casper Mountain, there is an underground military base
22:23that is also used in a partnership with the extraterrestrials.
22:29Isn't that strange?

22:31So, is there a connection to this air base and what's been going on here?

30:55dangerous ascent up Casper

30:58approaching storm, we

31:19it was 99 degrees outside.

32:44Well, we're kind of waiting
32:44the rain out.
32:45Got most everything set up,
32:47but we're getting waterlogged
32:49at the moment, so hopefully
32:50we'll be able to get going
32:51here in a few minutes.
32:52Just got to let the lightning
32:53pass and the rain stop.
32:56As we wait out the storm,
32:58Jay and Aaron are entering
33:00the abandoned Air Base
33:01Mental Hospital.
33:04So right now, we've already
33:05been hearing things.
33:06We were just setting up the
33:07cameras.
33:07We were looking around,
33:08trying to find places to put
33:09cameras, and we just started
33:10hearing growls, footsteps,
33:12like straight up people
33:13walking around this place.
33:15Almost alien noises, too.
33:16Exactly.
33:17So I want to start it.
33:26So we've come to realize
33:28something, that when Bill
33:29Chappell comes and investigates
33:32with us, we're always affected
33:34by a giant rainstorm.
33:36And it happened the last time
33:38at the battlefield.
33:39Yeah.
33:40And now it's happening again.
33:41So Bill, talk to us about
33:43what you have designed for
33:45this particular investigation.
33:48Well, what I've done is I've
33:50modified some small dish-type
33:52antennas.
33:53I'm doing two things that's a
33:54little different than you've
33:55ever seen before, is that
33:56we're going to be scanning in
33:57multiple bands at the same
33:59time.
33:59So we can see things that you
34:00can't see with a naked eye.
34:02We can see things you can't
34:03see with a telescope.
34:03So we'll be able to see like
34:05any type of object that has
34:07a radio signature to it
34:08or reflecting a radio
34:10signature.
34:11So I'm going to use one unit
34:12to scan most of the sky and
34:14then two units just to
34:15pinpoint it.
34:16Do we have to have clear
34:17skies for this?
34:18No.
34:19As Bill and I head over to
34:20start calibrating the satellite
34:22dishes to search for UFOs,
34:24we also set up several SLS
34:26cameras in case any
34:28unidentifiable creatures or
34:30entities approach our station
34:32from the forest below.
34:34We will also be listening with
34:35this optical microphone that
34:37turns light sources into
34:39sound.
34:40Right now I'm just doing
34:40calibration on the
34:41telescopes.
34:42They're doing a scan, a fast
34:45arc over the entire sky we're
34:46looking at.
34:47So we're looking at about
34:48120 degree patch by about 50
34:50degrees in the azimuth.
34:52So from about 20 up to 70.
34:53Okay.
34:54So what I'm looking for is to
34:56figure out what the high and
34:57low readings are so I can
34:58calibrate for the screen
35:00display because it's always a
35:02little different.
35:03Okay.
35:04This is it.
35:05We are on top of Casper
35:07Mountain by ourselves in the
35:09dark shrouded by a thick band
35:11of fog.
35:12We can only see about 20 feet
35:14all around us.
35:15We don't know what's in the
35:16fog looking back at us.
35:17So we have a lot of cameras
35:19aimed outside the perimeter.
35:21We have a bunch of game
35:23cameras all around us as well
35:25in case anything walks up on
35:27us.
35:28Those will capture it.
35:29Not only that, we have a
35:31telescope over here with a
35:32specialized microphone
35:34capturing everything in the
35:36sky.
35:37The scan has now begun.
35:39So Bill, what is this right
35:40here?
35:41It just looks like different
35:42shaded kind of...
35:43It's seeing some of the
35:44topography in front of us.
35:45As you lower, we're probably
35:46still seeing the tree line
35:47that's in front of us.
35:48Okay.
35:48That's really what you're
35:49seeing on the screen.
35:50So this is showing us depth.
35:51Right.
35:52And anything that has mass in
35:53front of us.
35:54Anything that has mass,
35:55anything is reflecting a radio
35:56signature or blocking.
35:58Probably move on...
35:58So this side over here is a
36:00high-res scan.
36:01So we're going to see more
36:02detail?

36:05satellite dishes?

36:06Just as the low-res scan is
36:09nearly complete, the storm
36:11returns and things start to get
36:12out of control.

36:27the scan, as if it's inside of
36:29the storm cloud.

36:31Right here.
36:32I would expect that this would
36:33have all been dark all the way
36:35up, but we're picking up
36:36something in the separate
36:37can, like we're reflecting off
36:38of something out there.
36:39Up in this area, then right in
36:41here.
36:41I would expect this whole
36:42section in here to be all
36:43dark.
36:44Okay.
36:44Where the other spots are,
36:46I wouldn't expect that to be
36:47there.
36:47So I'm going to reprogram it and
36:49have it just do this section
36:51in a high-res scan.
36:52Okay.
36:53When the rain came back, Bill
36:55has a little bit of an unusual
36:57observation here on this
36:59particular graphic right here.

37:02light-colored blocks up there.
37:05Nurse lady, we got to get out.

37:10crushing our base with a
37:11downpour in lightning, as if
37:13Mother Nature didn't want us
37:15looking into her skies.
37:16Unfortunately, most of Bill's
37:18equipment, including the
37:19laptops, are destroyed, and we
37:22are left a bit shaken, but
37:23unwilling to give up.
