Sunwest Inc. in hot water again  Albay Governor Noel Rosal ordered a thorough investigation of a fencing project by Sunwest Inc. within Mayon Volcano’s 4-kilometer permanent danger zone.  Rosal said that he will call a meeting with officials of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Registry of Deeds, Sunwest and Phivolcs to discuss the fencing and road projects.
