00:00so what you can also do is use basic functions to go ahead and calculate out the data that you

00:11have right here so for that what you can do is go to a cell where you want the result to be

00:17displayed and you can go ahead and press equals right here to start the formula and then what

00:23you can do is utilize the function sum right here to go ahead and add out all of the data in a data

00:31cell range so i can open up the bracket right here and click and drag out the range as you can see

00:37from a1 to a5 or i can go ahead and type in a1 to a5 right here just like this as well close it and

00:45press enter then you get the sum of the total as you can see right here apart from that you can also

00:51go ahead and let's say for example get abras of all of these so for that i can go around and press

00:57equals and type in abras right here open up the bracket and then select out all and close it out

01:04right here and then you get the abras value by adding up all these data as you can see right here

01:11apart from that you can also go around onto a particular cell right here and then you can go

01:17around over here and select out the uh the range right here so i'm just going to go around and add

01:22in minimum right here so i'm going to say min a1 to a5 press enter and then you get the minimum value

01:29right here just like this as you can see apart from that i can also go around and let's say for example

01:35go for max right here press enter then you get the maximum value over here as you can see and if you

01:41want to go ahead and multiply all of those then all you need to do is go ahead and type in product

01:47right here just like this press enter then you get the multiplication value right here just like this

01:52so that is how you can go ahead and then work around with functions inside of microsoft excel
