00:00Wookie, you talked about earlier on, maybe War Dogs Country might extend itself from
00:12Osaka into Ryo Goku. I think TMDK might have a little territorial dispute on this one.
00:19This is a building that has been bathed in orange more than once, may do so again after
00:24our main event with Zack Sabre Jr. Retain. And I think these men, and maybe that man in particular,
00:30Ryohei Oiwa, may have designs on stalling Hiroki Goto's return and that revolution right in its tracks.
00:38Well, it very well could be the case that here comes Hartley Jackson had some very pointed words
00:44to say on social media about Hiroki Goto's return. Pointing words directly to the Street Fighter
00:50in a custom crew, I think.
00:54Aukona, TMDK, Big Jagu, Hartley Jackson, The Grip, Oiwa Ryohei.
01:10Someone in Oiwa Woku came back from Excursion this time last year, challenging Shingo Tsukagi
01:15for the Never Openweight Championship.
01:17Japanese Yakuwa Ryohei, FUJITAKOWSEN!
01:26This time last year was a crowning achievement for TMDK as a whole, as a unit,
01:31when Zack Sabre Jr. first captured the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
01:36And now, well, what a year it's gonna be if Zack Sabre Jr. retains tonight against
01:41can all skates of Kesha.
01:43Well, what a year it was.
01:48Certainly, what a four-month wide it was from February in Osaka at New Beginning
01:53through to June the 29th and a fateful day in Nagoya.
01:58An unbelievable run for Hiroki Goto as the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion,
02:04derailed by the current IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
02:19Which one of the first thing I Gets is soliciting?
02:21That was a manifestation of the 300!
02:23What a four-month wide thank you to 공 grant you to wrestle me in съem
02:28that's how many…
02:29What the concert isn't maximum?
02:32It vs. there are no помощgres,
02:33there's no läud hoe.
02:34Wie, that's how big Vasily was supposed to be.
02:36这 folder has to be.
02:37China isn't at all of you as a 1,000 euros.
02:40There's no more, none of you was supposed to have.
02:42It's true truth when everyone who markets an experiência
02:45could improve, regardless of everything.
02:47WHISTLE BLOWS
03:17It was a four month run as IWGP World Heavyweight Champion for the man who sits at the end of the pack here tonight has to start from the bottom in Hiroki Goto returning from injury here tonight an injury that was dealt out as we said by TMDK's Zack Sabre Jr. is the goal tonight for TMDK to finish what Zack started back at Tanahashi Jam.
03:47I'm not sure about that but I do think I know what Hiroki Goto's goal is I think Goto wants to make a big splash here tonight and he wants Zack Sabre Jr. to retain the title in the main event.
03:56Bishomo 180cm 102kg
04:03Yoshihashi
04:05180cm 103kg
04:10Goto Hiroki
04:17There are a lot of ties that bind here when you look across the ring to these men namely you're gonna talk about Yo and Kosei Fujita best of the Super Junior 32 finalists and the younger end of that equation in TMDK's Fujita winning out on that encounter.
04:37I think both Kosei Fujita and Yo talking to our friends at Monthly Pro Wrestling recently and said that Yo had already decided he would be teaming with Master Watto's Super Junior Tag League which is gonna get underway in just about ten days time.
04:53I would assume Kosei Fujita and Robbie Eagles part of that last year's winners of that tournament of course but Fujita is more determined than ever to take down Doki, the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.
05:08And it's only fitting we start off this way, the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion is going to take the lead tonight.
05:17I think, is it gonna be, are we gonna see it, are we gonna see Zangief versus E-Honda?
05:24I know, I think it might be former world champion versus future world champion Goto and Oiwa.
05:30Let's go, Roy!
05:40Goto was able to be a part of a special talk show Goto did with our fans yesterday at the public press conference.
05:48Hiroki Goto talking about what it means to have that role in the E-Honda.
05:52He used to cut out a school and spend time around his friend's house playing Street Fighter 2 back in the day and he was always a Honda main.
06:01And so for it all to come full circle and be a part of that movie coming out, well just about this time next year.
06:07I'm sure we'll find out, we'll be talking more about Street Fighter in the movie over the coming months.
06:12Yeah, a lot of pro wrestling involvement in Street Fighter 2.
06:14Wow.
06:15Yeah, well that's the one that's gonna matter most is Roki Goto as the shoulder driven directly into Oiwa to kick this one off here tonight.
06:23And I think you're absolutely hitting the nail on the head.
06:25Former world champion versus a future world champion.
06:28Oiwa has all the makings in the world to make it happen, but he's gotta try and capture it for himself.
06:34That's something that took Goto, what, 20 plus years to be able to accomplish.
06:38Yeah, Goto very definitely has experienced all the setbacks and then some that Oiwa has over the years.
06:44But Oiwa was so, so good at getting themselves into those spots, but just not able to get the results just yet.
06:51Or tried to do what Zack Sabre Jr. did to Goto.
06:54Yeah, I was just gonna point out that is the right arm of Roki Goto.
06:58That was the arm that Zack Sabre Jr. stepped not on, but threw back at Tanahashi Jam to force the ending of the matchup,
07:05to force the finish in a new world heavyweight champion crowd.
07:10Yeah, Riohei Oyaba, I mean, man, maybe playing on a little bit more than I might have expected even,
07:15in terms of trying to emulate what Zack Sabre did back in June of this year.
07:20But here we go, Bishamon back together, Chris.
07:22It's a sight to see.
07:23Here's Yo into the fray as well.
07:25Well, Kale's back together, isn't it?
07:27Yo in there as well.
07:29Uh-oh.
07:30Oh, no.
07:31Wow. Tune up the drums.
07:36Oh, no.
07:37Oh, no.
07:41Kenji Sato nearly counted to three there.
07:44Bad night there for Ryohei Oyaba as far as it goes so far.
07:48Hey, let's talk a little bit about Yoshihashi.
07:50We didn't really get to recap this man's G1 Climax run.
07:53But man, some real spectacular performances.
07:56All which were motivated by the absence of Hiroki Goto in the Huntai locker room.
08:00Yeah, you're exactly right.
08:01And, you know, I think Yoshihashi will be very excited for World Tag League,
08:05knowing that his best friend, Bishamon Running Buddy, will be back in the mix.
08:14As Oyoak gonna make the tag out here.
08:16And here comes Hartley Jackson.
08:18Of course, the goal here for TMDK, try and set the pace for what's gonna be our main event here tonight.
08:27IWGP World Heavyweight Championship on the line.
08:30Cover here for Jackson.
08:31And a two count on Yoshihashi.
08:34The difference is, I think, as I said, I think both sides want Zack Sabre Jr.
08:38to come out tonight as World Heavyweight Champion.
08:40Goto wants that title back, and he wants to beat Zack Sabre Jr. to get there.
08:45And now, Violet, and meet the same fate.
08:48One, two.
08:49Oh, and there's that Zangief power.
08:52I wanna see Harley Jackson hit a spinning pile driver, Walker.
08:56Let's see if it can happen.
08:57I wanna see him jump up to the ceiling here for Hyogoku.
09:00Oh, ho, ho, ho.
09:03It's all right.
09:04Tag out, and tag in.
09:05Here comes Kolse Fujita.
09:07Lost his Junior Heavyweight Championship challenge to El Desperado.
09:11Yo also losing his own Junior Heavyweight Challenge to El Desperado.
09:15Now, Desperado a non-factor when it comes to the Junior Heavyweight Division.
09:18The focus has to turn to Doki.
09:20But I have to remind, I have to remember that challenge that Fujita and Eagles had
09:25against Doki and Sho in Sapporo.
09:28Just the other month cover there.
09:30Against him and Fujita's words afterwards.
09:33Show, you know, Doki getting the win with a handful of tights.
09:36And Fujita being absolutely living, wanting to murder Doki.
09:42And in very similar fashion, Doki and Sho putting an end to what was a fantastic matchup just the other night.
09:49I hope people watching on NJPW World with Kukai and Desperado in Saitama.
09:55And we're gonna be highlighting the Junior Division coming up starting October 23rd and 4th at all.
10:00The Super Junior Tag League Tournament kicks off.
10:02Yeah!
10:03And Kose pulls it up.
10:04Not gonna build easy momentum for it, taking shots like that.
10:07Yoshihashi with the suplex.
10:09And that's gonna be Yo stirring up trouble in the red corner.
10:12Well, yeah, not gonna work out too well for you here against Jackson.
10:26You gotta muster up the Spirit, Chris.
10:30He's mustering up Honda Spirit.
10:32That's a Street Fighter shirt he's got on, and he's on the shirt.
10:35We're in Sumo Ho tonight.
10:36Yo!
10:40Yokozuna, yo!
10:42Let's go!
10:43T-shirt, yo!
10:46Back elbow there on Fujita.
10:48And a neck breaker elevates down, cover here.
10:53Two count only on the Best of the Super Junior winner.
10:58Who's your Street Fighter name, Yoko?
10:59I've never played Street Fighter a day in my life, I have to be honest.
11:04How dare you!
11:05Yeah, that's my fault.
11:06Here we go.
11:09Yokozuna gonna take this one in the corner.
11:16Popped up and over here by Yo.
11:19And that open paw paying dividends in a big way.
11:22Now out of the corner, signature.
11:24No, Yo escapes it.
11:26Yokozuna.
11:27Nice.
11:28That's gonna be it.
11:33This Street Leg Lariat.
11:35Okay, come on!
11:36Come on!
11:37The up, Goto up.
11:38I think we're gonna see it.
11:39Yeah, this is a collision that these people wanna see.
11:42Goto, Jackson, everyone wants to build momentum.
11:47Taxman on opposite corners.
11:49Here we go.
11:50Wow.
11:51Jackson at the up, hey.
11:59Jackson on the cover.
12:02Two count only.
12:04It's gonna be Jackson and Oiwa inside the ring now.
12:08I mean, how big would it be for either one of these two men to put down Haruki Gozo in his return rash.
12:16Former World Heavyweight Champion now.
12:18Jackson may do just that, lateral press on it.
12:25And broken up by Yoshihashi.
12:28Yeah!
12:29Broken up by Yoshihashi.
12:31Yoshihashi sent straight into, well, not into the grip of Oiwa.
12:35Oh, clovering.
12:38Yoshihashi to Oiwa.
12:40This is why they're so successful as a tag team.
12:43Walker Bishamo knows exactly where the other is at any given time.
12:48Yeah, but Jackson, that's a man too big to try and maneuver around.
12:51Gonna try so here.
12:52Midsection, chopped to the head.
12:55Oh, no.
12:56Ping-pong, back and forth.
12:57Goto, Goto, Hatta.
13:06But Yo's gonna take this one.
13:08Double punch into the outside.
13:10And for the first time in a long time, the lights are gonna go out in Ryu e Goku.
13:17Chontool.
13:24Goto wants to put on the exclamation point.
13:27And it is!
13:29The GOTO REVOLUTION!
13:33It's over.
13:34It's over.
13:35You could call it the exclamation point.
13:46You could call it overkill.
13:48But if you read it for what it is inside that ring right now,
13:51a direct message sent to a man Gotoh hopes retains here tonight.
13:56That's Zack Sabre Jr.
13:57Gotoh wants one more run at the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
14:01Whether it comes at the Tokyo Dome some time prior, some time after.
14:05Gotoh wants that World Heavyweight title back in his grasp, and
14:08I believe he can do it.
14:09Well, main event here tonight is gonna be a sellout on the monitors, no doubt.
14:13And Hiroki Gotoh is gonna have prime position.
14:17In the meantime, a little bit of drawing.
14:20Here you go, hey, what do you want?
14:22Well, again,
14:26Word Walker coming up after this match.
14:29Some very big news coming for our fans internationally.
14:34Stay tuned after this one.
14:36I can't wait for international news, Chris.
14:48You can't mix the voices in your head with those in our ears though.
14:52That's the, that's what I'm trying to tell you.
14:53I have so many voices in my, yeah, well, you should get that work done.
14:56I really need, yeah.
14:57As long as I apply my very strict filtering, I know.
15:00Ah.
15:03Hiroki Gotoh and Yoshihashi looking ahead to the future.
15:06Yoshihashi, certainly that World Tag League on his mind.
15:09Gotoh something a little bit more higher up on the card.
15:12Going to be a main focus and the chaos reunion, one night only, and maybe many more nights
15:21in the future by the rate of it, Hontai.
15:24Very successful.
15:25But we're going to be moving right on in after our international announcement, soon to come,
15:29moments away.
15:30Singles action in the final road of Roshi Tanahashi.
15:33We celebrate Tanahashi and 20 years of El Phantasmo's career.
15:37Those two men battle for the New Japan World Television Championship, and it comes up right
