00:10They come out the other end looking very much the same, right?
00:13So if you were to take a couple of tablespoons of sweet corn kernels
00:19and observe what happens in the loo,
00:24if you're passing those things within 12 to 24 hours,
00:27your gut is probably pretty healthy.
00:30If it takes shorter than that, you're not absorbing nutrients,
00:33going through too quickly.

00:35But if it's a lot longer than that, you might be having a bit of a sluggish gut.
