Tina Pearson has raised more than £30,000 for charity with her beloved coffee mornings

For the past 20 years, Tina has been running her popular coffee mornings in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

00:00So could you tell me why it is you decided to start doing Coffee Mornings?

00:03It was just something I'd read about and I was running the Catering in a Sports Club at Fullwood

00:10and I just thought I could do a Coffee Morning here and get and invite the members you know and

00:15make probably hopefully make a success of it and it's grown from there really and we're over

00:22£30,000 now and today will be obviously what we earn today will be you know make a difference.

00:28It's good I really enjoy it I get a buzz out of doing it and I know it's doing some people a lot of good

00:34and you somebody always I myself other people always know somebody that's you probably use

00:40Macmillan because of you know in the relations having cancer so yeah that's why you know I

00:46think it's it's it's such a good organisation yeah.
