00:01Perikatan Nasional has decided to go solo in the upcoming Sabah state election,
00:06although it is open to forming last-minute alliances, according to its state chief Ronald Kiandi.
00:13The Sabah PN chairman said the coalition was keeping the door open to negotiations on alliances,
00:19despite its preliminary decision to go on its own, citing the state's dynamic political landscape.
00:25Kiandi said the departure of Parti Solidarity Tana Air Coup and the Sabah Progressive Party from the Gabongan Rakyat Sabah
00:34simply proved the drastic changes that can happen in Sabah politics in a short period of time.
00:41He said CIC negotiations among the PN component parties have more or less been completed,
00:46with the top leadership to announce the exact allocations soon.
00:51Kiandi also expressed confidence in receiving the support of Sabahans,
00:57citing PN's 17-seat win in the 2020 state election.
