00:00If I'm gone all night and I'm parked here in the day, is that a problem?
00:03Yes, it is.
00:03Why?
00:04I hope you understand where I'm from.
00:06Absolutely.
00:07I am on the HOA board, so I believe they sent out an email that if there were any problems
00:11or concerns, you take it to them.
00:13If that truck's moved on a daily basis, it can be parked there.
00:16I've already told her, and she said there's concerns of it being parked at night.
00:20One of their neighbors was furious about his truck, and things escalated from there.
00:25That truck being parked there hasn't been touched in a year.
00:28They have nothing better to do than sit here and complain about crap.
00:31I'm not complaining.
00:33I'm just taking a request from a resident as a member of the Covenants Committee.
00:38Okay, I'm not sure what the Covenants Committee is, but I am on the HOA board that governs these
00:43kinds of requests.
00:44Any request doesn't go through one person to go to another person.
00:47It goes straight to the board.
00:49The problem started after an anonymous letter was posted to them.
00:53Called us out as parents, but didn't leave their name, didn't leave a return address for
00:58us to address it with them.
00:59So I posted a response by the mailboxes, and I put my name everywhere so that person knows
01:04who they can come and talk to if they've got issues.
01:06At this point, their parking feud had been going on for months, and it was about to erupt onto
01:12their driveway.
01:13I understand what you're doing.
01:14You're doing here.
01:15I hope you understand where I'm coming from.
01:17Absolutely.
01:18Hi there.
01:19Hi.
01:19I have to go to the neighborhood.
01:21Four years.
01:22What?
01:23Four years.
01:23Four years.
01:23Also, you have a copy of the ordinances then.
01:26I used to be on the board.
01:27I just came down because I saw Marty here.
01:29She's on the Covenants Committee.
01:32This gentleman has long been suspected as the one who sent the letter.
01:36It's ridiculous.
01:37I agree.
01:37That's why I stopped.
01:39So why are you telling her to come down and do it?
01:41I just texted.
01:42I didn't tell her to.
01:43Now, there was a time.
01:44I don't give a damn.
01:44I don't want to argue with you.
01:46No.
01:46Then leave.
01:47Then go.
01:48Go away.
01:49Please.
01:49The Covenants say it needs to be moved every day.
01:51It's moved every day.
01:52Yeah, but then it's back there all night.
01:54Because he sleeps here.
01:54Yes, because it's moved during the day.
01:56He sleeps every day.
01:57It's gone when I'm at work.
01:58Is that not being moved during the day?
02:00It doesn't matter.
02:00Okay, so if I'm gone all night and I'm parked during the day, is that a problem?
02:05It doesn't look like this bad blood is going away anytime soon.
02:10We've been in our neighborhood for about four years.
02:12It's an HOA.
02:13We haven't had any issues with the HOA board until probably five months ago.
02:18We got a letter in the mail that was put in the mail to our address without a return address,
02:24basically lighting us up as being bad parents,
02:26all because we were allowing my husband's personal truck to be parked on the street.
02:31We were told that per the HOA, the vehicles that are parked on the street have to be moved every two days.
02:38But the person sent no return address, no phone number, no name, nothing.
02:42So what I had to do so I could ensure the person would see it is I wrote out the letter and then I posted it at our mailboxes.
02:50But today it all kind of restarted and our doorbell rings and it's an older little lady I've never met before.
