00:30Whatever is happening and whatever plot line is all related to the door, so that's why the title is absolutely apt with the story.
00:40And when you watch the series, you will know what is behind the door.
00:50My character is very interesting. When he comes, there is something else.

01:15And it is happening.
01:17So, it is a very interesting character.
01:21And it has, it is completely the one that has contributed to this whole thriller element.
01:26In this show, there is a lot of emotional challenges.
01:31Yes.
01:36What is the revelation of this character.
01:42It was very difficult for me.
01:45Because I had to really, really channel a lot of personal emotions.
01:50Because this character has gone through a lot in life.
01:53And this moment was the breakdown.
01:57And it was a difficult scene to do for me.
02:00And I had to channel a lot in this scene.
02:04How did you do the door with your emotions?
02:09How did you do the door with your emotions?
02:11Physically, I think I have been in the shape that I needed for the door.
02:17So, there wasn't much to do.
02:19She is a glamorous young character.
02:22And that is what I look like right now.
02:25Mentally, of course, I had to prepare myself.
02:29It is a bit of a dark show.
02:31It is a bit of a dark character.
02:33It has intense emotions.
02:35So, of course, I had to prepare myself.
02:40And there was a short film that I had to see.
02:44Because the mood of the door was a bit somber, a bit dark.
02:48So, I have seen that short film on YouTube.
02:51So, I had to get a context and a reference.
02:55When I was shooting,
02:56How did you feel like that?
02:58How did you feel like that?
02:59How did you feel like that?
03:00How did you feel like that?
03:01How did you feel like that?
03:02No.
03:03It was not like that.
03:04We were actually shooting in the mud.
03:06And shooting in a bungalow.
03:09But, yes.
03:10You see, when you shoot scenes.
03:13You shoot scenes.
03:14You shoot in the atmosphere.
03:16You shoot in the atmosphere.
03:17So, of course, there are some vibrations that are not normal.
03:22They are supernatural.
03:24And that feeling was definitely coming.
03:26That feeling was shooting in the airy.
03:29So, of course, you did a lot of time.
03:30You did a lot of time.
03:31You did a lot of time.
03:32You did a lot of time.
03:33You do a lot of time.
03:34You can really do that.
03:35Yes.
03:36So, they were just doing this.
03:37You do a lot of time.
03:38Okay.
03:39I was actually doing it in 2006, I think.
03:42I was doing 2006 I think and then I got the first show which was Sola Singar I think on Sahara
03:55but that was a cameo for about three months and then I went back to modeling but then I got my
04:02first mainstream show which was Millie Jabham Tum which came to Taiwan in 2009. I had a music
04:08video and his EP he liked me for the character of Dia and there was a trip that was very long
04:17which was very good and which was very rewarding for me now people know my character name so I think
04:26it's been a beautiful transition from modeling to acting from TV from modeling to TV to OTT
04:35so I have loved the graph that my career has gone through
04:39I think it's the most proud moment for me when I did a music video for Jagjit Singh, Ghulam Ali and Abida Parveen
05:02direct bhi hinne kiya tha Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapro ne jo apne feel me stalwarts hai they are the best
05:09aur meri jo selection bhi hui thi bohut se logon ki audition hui thi I remember Anushka Sharma was in the
05:16shortlist and it was between her and me and I got it so for me it was a very big moment at that time
05:21I'm talking about 2009 jab bhi lag bhak thodi nahi thi but so yeah and I went out of my way to shoot these videos
05:31ah matlab travel tha bohut mein ek baar aai thi baroda phare shoot kari thi yaha aai thi khali look test ke liye khud ke paise kharch karke
05:39because I just wanted to do it so bad so much you know and once the results came out I was very happy to date
05:47my ne jitna kaam ki hai mere liye ye joh teen videos te bohut hi zahada ah mahatwe rakte hain ah they are like the highlights of my career also I think because
05:57they have seen a simple gaao ki ladki ke roop mein you know ah dekha and present kiya
06:05which was very good for me because I have always been presented as this rich snob or this rich glamorous girl
06:11so to play that character in love the simple character to go back in time and itinye beautiful gaano pe emote karna
06:19aur hunay express karna ah definitely the highlight of my career

08:04your character's emotions are layered over to the other
08:07why do you have special preparation for them?
08:10I love acting
08:12it's in my blood
08:14I come from a very filmy family
08:16and I feel very good to portray different characters on screen
08:22I think it is something that comes internally from me
08:25so I don't have to do a lot of preparation
08:28but yes, I have a script a lot of times

10:08so I am not getting too much
10:10I have to be a tough one
10:12I have had family in Mumbai
10:14I have had
10:15you know my support system here
10:18so it has been easy
10:20But as far as the Sajid Khan thing is concerned, yes, I had glad rags in 2006. And not just me, there were a lot of boys in the pageant that they approached me. And he had tried to act fresh.
10:37It was also an incident. I had talked so much about that at that time. But yes, he had crossed a line of decency with me when he asked me to strip down for just an audition to see how comfortable he is with my body.
10:52And touch wood, I had managed to get out of that space. But I just wanted to say that if something happens with you, please don't get bogged down.
11:01Please don't lose heart. Know that there are also amazingly great people in the industry who will give you work for your talent and will not want to exploit you.
11:12Do you think that in your life, in your life, in the industry, what do you think about it?
11:19As I said, please don't lose hope, don't lose heart.
11:26In the industry, there are very good people in the industry. In fact, 90% of me are good people in the industry.
11:31Sajid Khan's incident is why it stands out because I think this is one of the very few things that happened with me.
11:37But I have got over it. And there are all kinds of people in the world who need to be mentally and emotionally strong.
11:44So that you can face every kind of person and that you are able to stand up for yourself. That is really important.
11:50That is really important.
11:54What is the emotion that it does to you?
11:57What is our basic emotion that is the love for a man and a love for a woman? That emotion it really really explores.
12:09The emotion of wanting a child and losing a child. That it explores.
12:16And one of the emotions that you have seen your parents abuse and you couldn't do anything.
12:27So that feeling of helplessness, it explores all of these aspects.
12:30How can you create creatively, what is your character, direction, your eyes, character, direction, your eyes?
12:37I think that all aspects of this show are very strong and creatively, you know, they are very very intense.
12:49Performance wise also, it gave me scope to explore the intensity inside me.
12:57The direction of this series has been directed in the trailer. It has been very suspenseful and aesthetic.
13:07And of course, the writing is top notch. I mean, I can't talk enough about the suspense in the end.
13:14But also, I think OTT has been very revered.
13:32For the kind of roles that we get to portray in TV, there are a lot of standard roles in TV.
13:53And you can explore a lot in OTT.
13:55It means that there are all kinds of people and all kinds of people,
14:00which will always put down a certain section and will always raise a certain section.
14:04That will change us now.
14:06If you look at international cinema, people play a character.
14:10They don't think about how much skin is shown or you have kissed or whatever.
14:15You are honest with the character. You are doing a character.
14:18You are doing a character and portraying it.
14:19And if you are doing it, you are having to leave your inhibitions.
14:23I think that should be respected rather than looked down upon.
14:27In the TV industry, there are some changes that you have to do in the industry.
14:30Yes.
14:31What changes you have to see in the chat?
14:32The TV industry is changing.
14:34The working hours and shifts are changing?
14:37The two things that we shoot for 25-26 days, I hope that there is a little regularity that everyone gets in a few weeks.
14:50Secondly, I would like to say that actors should be treated better.
14:56So, food, food, food, food, food.
14:59Overall treatment, I think, in TV needs to improve.
15:02And also the plot lines and the characters and everything.
15:07We really, I think, need to innovate and come up with something fresh and new.
15:12Okay. Lastly, what are your future projects?
15:15What are your future projects?
15:17My touch-root is a lot.
15:19Work is great.
15:20Very blessed.
15:21And aapko pata chale ka apne filhal mein hangama OTT pe meera ek show aya hai, Rishto ka Chakraviu.
15:29Which is doing very well.
15:30Abhi IMAX pe V3 chal raha hai.
15:33And of course, the door has released today.
15:35So, please watch it.
15:36And I would just like to tell my fans to believe in yourself.
15:41Be consistent.
15:42Work very hard.
15:43And more than anything, just be kind.
