North Korea celebrated the 80th anniversary of the founding of the ruling party this week. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un presided over the ceremonies with Chinese Premier Li Qiang, Russian National Security Council Chair Dmitry Medvedev and Vietnam's Communist Party chief To Lam in attendance. They revealed the Hwasong-20, the country's most-advanced intercontinental ballistic missile, at a parade.
