18:45then I was like okay property or he said something about damaging the patrol vehicle and then he needed

18:51assistance he's got one on the ground so I was like let me break this corner beyond my rock okay

18:55so we're gonna go take a look at the video and uh see what this individual did to break our window

19:03we can see the subject right here she's picking up uh two big rocks just kind of pacing back and

19:10forth and then she goes straight to the back of the patrol car and that's where she threw the rock

19:15to smash out the window so she picks it back up and throws it at the windshield cracking the windshield

19:21and she heads it back to where she broke the first window and just starts breaking out the glass

19:26and that's when uh officer Collins heads out where they start fighting you guys have taken me to jail

19:34for nothing all because of that bitch you're going to jail because you broke the window and you fought
