The destination was conceived by world-renowned architect and designer Piero Lissoni as an immersive stage where culinary creativity and technological innovation take the leading role. 00:07happening here, really the confluence of amazing luxury home design trends, kitchen trends,

00:12and technology all in one spot. Beautiful 9,000 square foot showroom here at the Mart in Chicago.

00:19You'll notice these beautiful white oak cabinetry, natural stone, Roman plaster walls here,

00:24all this in beautiful contrast to the incredible appliances being showcased. So as we know,

00:31smart appliances are here. They are not a novelty anymore, but an actual necessity for home chefs.

00:37People that are passionate about cooking and technology, we call them technicurians,

00:42are going to have a lot of fun in a kitchen like this. So from something like this wall oven, which

00:47has a sensor camera on the inside of it, allowing you to take time-lapse video if you want to share

00:53something on social, but also to help you cook. So this technology can sense the ingredients that

00:58are inside, even suggest a recipe that you can pick, set, and then forget it. So you can go on to play

01:03with other appliances in your kitchen, such as an amazing range or cooktop. So we're talking about

01:09having gas, induction, and sous vide all on the cooktop, and then maybe even convection and steam

01:15oven underneath. So all these different modes, allowing home chefs to have a lot of fun and to

01:20use different ways to cook the different things that they want their families to eat. And of

01:25course, to compliment that, Sweet is a beautiful French door refrigerator with a really innovative

01:30and first of its kind middle drawer that lets you pick the temperature to whatever your family needs.

01:35So that can go all the way from freezer modes to pantry. So again, depending on the day, the week,

01:41the event, whatever you need it to do, it's really responding to your family's certain ways of
