00:25and had a look and it was Tyler.
00:27Main Roads wants to relocate the memorial on the Bustle Highway, concerned there's no
00:32pedestrian crossing to access Tyler's memorial, putting drivers at risk as well.
00:39But it's taken Main Roads five years to reach this conclusion.
00:43For Tyler's family, the exact location of the memorial carries great emotional significance.
