00:00so over here you can see that I have the spreadsheet document and let's say I want
00:09to go ahead and save this out so to do that I can go around over here onto the file menu
00:14and then click on save so I haven't actually saved this particular document that is this
00:20workbook yet so it is giving me an option to browse and save this particular content so I'm
00:26just going to go around over here onto browse and I'm going to go to my desktop let's say for example
00:31and I'm going to go around and save it as let's say for example simple learning right here just
00:38like this and click on save so now this is what you have right here you even have an option to
00:43backup this document to uh OneDrive if you want to right here and once you do that what happens is
00:49that everything will be updated in the cloud as well but let me just go around and keep it in
00:54my desktop right now and let's say for example make some changes like let's just go around and
00:59change the marks to 92 so if I want to save now I can go around over here onto file and save and then
01:05it simply updates that particular file I can also go around over here and to save let's say for example
01:11I'm going to go around and update the a's right here I can also press ctrl s on my keyboard to go
01:17ahead and save so apart from that let's say I want to create a copy of this file I don't want to
01:23overwrite on the same file in that case I can go around over here onto the file menu and I can click
01:30on save as and then I can click on browse right here and I'm going to say simple marks right here
01:37just like this and if I were to click on save now you can see that this file has now been saved as
01:43simple marks so if I were to go ahead and make some changes let's say for example let's just change
01:47this to max press ctrl s then it gets saved onto simple marks file right here so this is what you
01:55have and then if I were to go ahead and drag this out you can see that I got simple learning and simple
02:01marks if I were to go around onto simple learning right here then this is what you have this is a
02:06separate file on its own now and this is a separate file on its own and that is how you can go ahead and save
02:12out your workbook as you like inside of microsoft excel so hope you found this video useful be sure
