00:06edition here we go what are we looking at today request so this is a project that has a token
00:12with the ticker req you can find it it's available on some different platforms including the major
00:20exchanges out there binance okx bybit zb cool coin etc so go check out all the best cryptocurrency
00:27exchange reviews d5 platform reviews and all of that good stuff on our main site decentralized
00:33news don't forget to give me a like and a share and a subscribe go check out the telegram channel
00:37and also the discord server i need some people in there man it's not looking good guys i put in so
00:44much work support i love y'all but anyway yeah so what is request request is really just a token that
00:51is listed on all these different exchanges of course crypto.com binance coinbase
00:56banco and many other exchanges but of course it is supposed to power the request or the request
01:02network open source protocol via a few mechanisms they say they are focused on anti-spam governance
01:08staking discounts uh independency etc request.network is the website so request req is the utility token
01:17it launched back in 2017 actually currently trading at about 11 cents or so which is not bad you know if
01:24you think about some of these uh old tokens have been around for a while they're even failing to reach
01:29some of these levels in these current market conditions but of course they're saying that
01:33you know it's supposed to ensure that the performance and stability of the request network
01:38is on point and that's the utility of the token and the request network itself is actually an ethereum
01:45based decentralized payment system where anyone can request a payment effectively and receive money through secure means
01:52so it removes the requirement for third parties in order to provide a cheaper more secure payment
01:58solution that works with all global currencies effectively so when a user creates a request for
02:04payment they define um to which address the payment needs to be allocated and what the amount is and the
02:10user can actually also define the terms and conditions of the payment upgrading a simple request into an invoice
02:17and once this is completed then the user can share their request and be paid by their counterparty
02:22every step is documented and stored on the request network allowing those who are involved to actually
02:28keep track of all the invoices and payments for accounting purposes it is also integrated with the
02:33legislation across the world to sort of remain compliant with the trade laws in individual countries this
02:40is what they say and uh you know they say that the unique proposition there is that the payments on
02:45requests are performed by simply sending an invoice through a blockchain and the counterparty can then
02:50detect the request and then pay it with one click in a peer-to-peer manner the fact that the payments are
02:57push generated instead of pool generated is one of the key advantages there's no need for users to share
03:03their account information they use the blockchain technology which also in eliminates the need for the
03:09third-party processes resulting in a reduction of transaction costs and additionally apps building stuff
03:15people want on top of our request network open source protocol provide a key benefit to users
03:20according to the team indeed users can also interact with a suite of financial tools which work with
03:26each other it's the opposite of a capitalistic and siloed web2 industry because they say that
03:32they at request apps work with each other for example a company uh can uh pretty much originate an invoice
03:38in uh one app a second app receives the request and it will be paid and then the invoice can actually
03:44draw on instant financing on a third d5 platform as well so the request network itself leverages a
03:49decentralized blockchain such as ethereum and ipfs for security privacy and data uh ownership for the
03:56end user so check it out man they are you know on metamask agent maitha wallet ledger and all of these
04:03and they have an erc20 token if you want to trade it it's all on these major exchanges go to our
04:08ecosystems tab one decentralized use you'll be able to find where we have all of these best platforms
04:15for you to trade on and the ones that we actually recommend i'm out of here guys i'm uh just uh going
