00:00...sensitive of a Britain that stands together, and in solidarity with our Jewish community.
00:12Zeyher Tzadi Libraha. May the memory of the righteous be blessed.
00:23The memorial prayer for those who died last year.
00:26O God, full of compassion, exalted God, grant perfect rest under the wings of your presence to our dear brothers who have gone to their eternal home.
00:43Merciful God, grant them your protection forever, and let their souls be bound up in the bond of eternal life.
00:52The eternal one is their inheritance. May they rest in peace, and let us say, Amen.
01:02It saddens me, that time after time, we come together in this way, and then reaction to the few who think it is acceptable to spread hate and cause harm to fellow human beings.
01:16And first and foremost, we are united in the memory of the victims of the last week's senseless act of violence at the Heating Park, Heating and Congregation Synagogue in Manchester on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish religious calendar.
01:32We are also here in the future.
01:34We are also here in sympathy for those who are affected by that terrible incident.
01:38Family, friends, and the loved ones of those who died or were injured.
01:44People in our own community too were affected and make up the fabric of our city.
01:50Events such as these are happening too often across our world.
01:54It is our shared responsibility to condemn the actions of a few and to call for love, respect and kindness from everyone in our society, regardless of religious and political views, for anything that may make us different from one another.
02:10Everyone should feel free to practice their faith without fear.
02:16We must continue to take a stand against all form of hate and prejudice.
02:22Our city is built on diversity and mutual respect and tonight we renew our commitment to these values and say that we join many others across the country who stand together for a better Britain today
02:38with the Together Coalition organisation as well who have reached out.
02:42And Peterborough has been stated in the national news as being one of those cities in which communities today are coming together to make sure that we propagate the message of love and togetherness and kindness and compassion.
02:56We stand with you because it's very difficult.
02:58Say thank you.
03:00I think it's really special.
03:02I think it's really special that we're coming together as a community because we don't have a large Jewish community.
03:08That the onus of solidarity and good faith doesn't just rely on those most affected, intimately affected by the terrorists and the attacks we've seen, but by all of us in terms of the human condition.
03:20And I think every day since it's happened, I spend the morning trying to make sense of it and make some sense of prayer.
03:28And in my reading, I go very bishoply in this.
03:32The thing that struck me about Peterborough was Psalm 133.
03:36How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity.
03:41God's people have the word out of a generation of power.
03:43Never turned it back here so it can be hepatic.
03:45I'm so sorry for that.
03:47I think God's people have to be with our friends and people who are always with us.
03:49I love to see you and me.
03:51I'm so sorry for that when I come to talk about to me.
03:53I'm so sorry.
03:55How did you come to an이라는 news?
03:57I love to be with me.
03:59I love to be with you.
04:01I love to be with you.
04:03I love to be with me.
04:05I love to be with you.
04:07Bye.
