00:04I mean, who would have thought?

00:06Did you think? What did you think was going to happen on that Sunday night?

00:09I don't remember.

00:11No, I didn't think.

00:12I didn't think. I thought it would be a close game.

00:14We talked to a lot of people.

00:14I thought it would be a close game, and I thought, you know, the way they were playing,

00:19the teams the Bills had played going in,

00:22and some of the lapses that they had had against lesser competition,

00:26and I thought there was a chance they would be able to keep it close, the Patriots, and cover.

00:29And that, to me, would have been a victory.

00:32But the fact that they were able to actually go in there and win, to me,

00:37is representative of them taking a step that I don't think any of us were ready for them to take.

00:44And when you have a quarterback perform the way he performed,

00:48and perform in that spot the way he performed, that, to me, is the biggest takeaway.

00:54Because I think we all knew, right, for us locally, watching him every week,

00:58everybody that watches him on a regular basis knows he has these great physical skills, right?

01:04He's got a good arm, and he can run around and creates with his legs,

01:06and, you know, he can fight off contact and try to make a play.

01:09Whether or not that works out well for him all the time is sort of a week-to-week thing.

01:12But the physical stuff we all knew about,

01:16I don't think anyone could have predicted or could have said with certainty

01:20how he'd perform on Sunday Night Football, first primetime game,

01:25on the road in Buffalo, one of the toughest places to play in the NFL,

01:29against a Super Bowl contending team with the MVP on the other side.

01:33And to have the game tied with two minutes left and go down the field and win it.

01:37Like, who, even the biggest Drake May supporters,

01:41would not have been able to sit here on the Saturday before the game

01:44and tell you, no, yeah, he's got it.
