00:05ang anyay haunted hospitals o yung mga proyektong ospital at health center ng Department of Health

00:11na hindi kumpleto, abandonado o hindi nag-ooperate.

00:16Sabi ni Delima, misulang paglustay ito ng pondo ng Health Facilities Enhancement Program o HFEP.

00:22Sa budget hearing ng DOH sa Kamara, lumabas na 200 lang sa 600 health center na itinayo sa ilalim ng HFEP ang nag-ooperate.

00:34Sa budget hearing sa Senado, sinabi rin ni Senate Committee on Finance Chairman Wynne Gachalian,

00:39may 15 billion pesos na halaga ng mga health center project ang hindi natapos ng kontraktor kahit nabayaran na ng gobyerno.

00:50Paliwanag naman ng DOH, hindi ito mga ghost project, kundi ulang lamang sa tao kaya hindi operasyonal.

00:58Mga lokal na pamahalan daw ang may obligasyon na puna ng tao ang mga pasilidad.

01:03Kinumpirma naman ng DOH na may ilang health center sa Zamboanga Region na hindi pa natatapos ng mga kontraktor.
