00:12seen arriving on foot at a retail store on High Street in Northcote at around 1.10am on October
00:187th, 2025. It's alleged they spray-painted the hateful comments onto the business. Investigators
00:25believe the same offenders then used a roller brush to apply black graffitied on a billboard
00:30above a retail store on the intersection of Brunswick Street and Alexandra Parade, Fitzroy
00:36at about 2am. Offensive graffiti was also found on the wall of a store on Alexandra Parade,
00:43Fitzroy. CCTV footage appears to show three offenders dressed in all-black clothing with
00:49high-vis vests and face coverings.
