01:18What is your experience?

01:24My experience, not just in football, but in football especially, is that everybody wants changes, but nobody wants to implement changes.

01:33Everybody said, we have to do something, but the moment you try to do something, they say, no, no, no, but it's not good.

01:39So we were quite brave to do it.

01:49Nothing, nothing gets anywhere near than putting this shirt for Portugal.

01:53And I think that's a feeling that for me is very important because if you want to build a winning project, you need to start there.
