00:14How do I feel putting the gloves on?

00:17Tell I don't do boxing, can't you?

00:21You're doing all right, man, it's got a good name.

00:24The, what would, putting, yeah, putting the gloves on, yeah, no, it's exciting.

00:29The training element, yeah.

00:31It's like a pre-season.

00:32When we used to train, six-week camp, it's very intense, three times a day.

00:37And you've got to take the endurance of taking, getting digs, going home with, like, obviously, busted nose.

00:43And, yeah, which is different.

00:46But the level of intensity reminds me of pre-season and it's uncomfortable.

00:51You hated it and loved it at the same time.

00:53Really bizarre sort of experience.

00:55And it kind of takes me back to them pre-season days, yeah, where I used to hate it.

01:01But then when I looked back, I loved it at the same time, yeah.

01:03And working with Kevin Mitchell at Elm Park Boxing Gym down in Ornchurch, it's an old-school gym.

01:09And it is a work hard, play hard environment.

01:12All the jokes are flying and it's a perfect environment for me.

01:15I'm loving it, yeah.

01:16He don't, he lets you have it, yeah.

01:19Is he putting you through the ring out?

01:20Yeah, it makes you work, yeah, which is great.

01:22I mean, that's what, it's uncomfortable, you don't like doing it.

01:25But then after, it's such a, yeah, you get such a buzz of doing it.

01:29So, yeah, I love it.
