Taiwan has appointed Lin Hsin-yi, the head of its official venture capital firm, as envoy to this year’s APEC 2025 forum in South Korea. Lin is also a former economy minister and now serves as a senior advisor to President Lai Ching-te. It will be his third time representing Taiwan at the annual regional economic forum.
