30:01producing our rum is actually rain water oh wow here's where we do our bottling area everything's
30:08still handmade handcrafted we're gonna have around 23 different ingredients within fruit spices and
30:14herbs once there for about three to six months they'll take that rum out it'll go directly into
30:18the barrel this is our barrel aging room where we age the rum before it goes into the bottles if you
