00:29were sucking up because you walk in it is still very surreal to see Miss Peaches

00:38tear I haven't seen her in a week and a half because I've been on the road

00:40obviously I get a lucky one to support blueberries my favorite now we called

00:47this in and I don't know which it just says the best I don't know which one

00:51they gave us the thin or the thick but they called us back and they're like let

00:55us uh let's give you one of each so this is the thin style oh so tavern when she

01:00says thin she means tavern the Chicago tavern style looks good first of all I

01:05love that lady in there she's a dog person she's like I love Miss Peaches I

01:09actually asked were you sucking up with me to me by putting that on check no we

01:13love Miss Peaches we sell a ton of it so here we go one bite everybody knows the

01:16rules got this shirt at the vintage store at the slow era right across the

01:22street so far I didn't know what I'd think of Ames I think you've kind of

01:28always had that reputation it's like little brother of Iowa like you have

01:32Iowa City and I love Iowa City but I've never been to Ames and I think it's a

01:36pretty cool college town so far um pretty impressed with it so yeah the Ames

01:41people like it you always from an outside it's like oh who goes there why would you

01:45go to Iowa State but I so far very impressed so here we go um great plain

01:51sauce and dough company good good tavern show

02:07what was the one everyone's talking about had a weird crust or something

02:12it's the thick one all right because it just tastes like a very good thin tavern style

02:18if you're in Chicago walking in the middle of the city and got this tavern I'd say oh good typical

02:26Chicago tavern I go um seven five and for me that's a pretty good tavern score like I don't

02:37ever put taverns into the age so this is a very good quality tavern style

02:43now she's giving me the thicker one which I've heard people say I may not care for

02:48but this is very good

02:54did that girl play for Iowa State basketball just walked in I think I think it's number 55 yeah yeah

04:04honey the owner put the honey on the crust for me she said people eat it as

04:09dessert so a lot of people on this this is what I've been hearing yes everyone

04:13been warning you like you know I don't like the sauce I gotta try yes so a lot

04:17of people they do the honey like on the crust okay so they're like kind of use

04:21this is like a dessert part and they'll drizzle the honey in it can you do it for

04:26me so I see how it's done yeah so a lot of people do like this and then they kind of

04:31just pick up from the one side and then bite okay now this is not you've been

04:35following my pizza reviews this is way thicker I mean firmer than I

04:41anticipate being I thought this would flop like crazy that's pretty impressive

04:45with all that cheese that's keeping that integrity right there good

04:49undercarriage I would never pick this out in a million years that's like a pizza

04:53that would be up my style but here we go

05:01you know it's better than I thought it was gonna be for me

05:05I prefer the I prefer the tavern but it takes a certain type of crust to keep

05:12this this like sturdy

05:24I don't like the honey I gotta keep honey separate from pizza yeah I don't like

05:30honey honey in general I don't put honey on anything so it makes sense

05:39yeah I'm not prefer the cross without it this I thought was gonna be a six for me

05:56people who are going to look at this are going to say I'm juicing the score

06:02because it's so opposite of everything that I like out of a pizza

06:06but the key is there's no flop that's what making this good for me

06:10yeah it's a little bit cheesy but

06:13if you have crunch that goes a long way

06:17so I'm shocked that I like this as much as I did

06:19this would be one Mike you'd look at be like no shot but it's a little bit

06:23better just like the one yesterday
