00:00so in Microsoft Excel you can go ahead and use something called autofill in order to go ahead
00:10and do a quick entry so let me just go ahead and zoom in I'm going to hold ctrl on my keyboard for
00:17that and I'm just going to scroll in and over here let me just type in one over here if I were
00:23to go around over here on to the S or where you see the square dot click and drag it then you can
00:29see that one simply copies out now let me just press ctrl z right here and I'm going to go ahead
00:34and hold ctrl on my keyboard and click and drag it and you can see that this comes up in sequence now
00:40similarly let me just go for two four six so you can see that there's a sequence of even numbers
00:47let me just go ahead and without holding ctrl click and drag it and you simply have a sequence of even
00:53numbers right here so you can go ahead and do this for let's say for example other numbers as well
00:59and you can see that it follows out right here just like this it knows out the sequence sometimes it's
01:05not perfect so it's 1 5 and 15 so it's thought it's 21 so let me just go around and add in a zero right
01:12here so it's multiples of five so let's just go around over here and then click and drag this out
01:18and you can see that this is what you have or let me just go ahead and drag this out right here
01:23and that works out quite in favor as you can see right here so now apart from that you can also go
01:29ahead and do the same for date let's say for example I'm going to say 12 12 2026 let's say for example
01:37and then I can go ahead and then click and drag it and there you go there's the date right here
01:43which actually goes ahead and then works around so you can see that this is in date format and if I
01:49were to go for a long date format as well it does the same for it so let's just go around over here
01:54click and drag it out and then you can see it in the long date format but what you would just want
02:00to copy the data and not make changes around to the data in that case you can hold ctrl click and drag
02:06and now it copies out the data similarly you can do the same for days as well click and drag it out
02:12and then you simply have days and then apart from that I can also go around and do it for month
02:19right here just like this as well so if I were to go around and click and drag it you get the month
02:23so let's go for full month right here just like this and you get a full month right here so let me
02:29just go around for a simple day then you get it out just like that as well and that is simply how
02:36you can go ahead and utilize the autofill feature in Microsoft Excel for a quick entry
02:42and you can easily go ahead and add in data and save tons of time with it so I hope you found
