00:00we live in an amazing place although something isn't right South Yorkshire

00:08ambassador law has one of the highest rates of cancer in England with the

00:12lowest proportion of us diagnosed early we deserve better that's why we're

00:17calling on more of us to show up for each other showing up means taking steps

00:22in our communities our workplaces our education throughout our own lives

00:29it means innovation compassion doing things differently doing better together

00:36we can turn the tide on cancer by showing up we can reduce the number of deaths

00:41from cancer reduce inequalities level the playing field by increasing access to

00:46testing treatment and care one in two of us will be affected by cancer in our

00:51lifetime and better treatments mean we're living with cancer for longer we need to

00:55see cancer as a long-term condition and give each other the support we can

00:59to live in this amazing place we show up we show up we show up we show up
