00:00Hi guys!
00:01So there's this thing called Draw My Life that all the YouTube people are doing, and
00:05I decided that I'm gonna do it.
00:07So basically you just draw your life, and I tried to make this the least depressing
00:11and boring as I could, but it kinda sucks and I don't really like it.
00:16But anyway, here we go.
00:17I was born on Long Island, New York, the dingleberry that hangs off of New York and New Jersey.
00:21That thing.
00:22Not in the city.
00:23Everyone thinks I was born in the city.
00:25I was born on June 22, 1991.
00:27I am a cancer.
00:28My parents actually met when my dad was 18 and my mom was 15.
00:32My dad was this super cool, popular musician kid who didn't really notice her.
00:35Classic.
00:36They started talking, and eventually they started dating, and then they broke up, and then they
00:42started dating again, and then they got married, wee!
00:46A year after they had their first babby, me, I was only 6 pounds and super duper teeny before
00:52nothing has changed, they decided on the name June since I was born in June and my grandma's
00:56name was June.
00:57I was a very quiet kid and always in my own world.
01:00I never really was myself.
01:01I rarely played with toys because my own imagination was enough.
01:10One time in preschool, it was bring your own teddy bear to school day, but I didn't like
01:14teddy bears.
01:15So instead, I brought in this realistic creepy looking velociraptor named Rapti and made all
01:20the other kids cry.
01:22And then the teacher had a talk with my mom.
01:26When I was 4 years old, my sister Sarah was born.
01:29She was super fat and probably weighed like 7,000 pounds.
01:32We called her the drool bucket because all she would do was drool.
01:35I was super jealous of all the attention Sarah was getting, but eventually we started getting
01:39along and became like best friends.
01:41We were pretty much like twins and more inseparable.
01:46Elementary school was really fun.
01:49I had a lot of friends and hobbies.
01:51I was in girl scouts, theater, horseback riding, and karate, but my main interest was videotaping.
01:57I loved filming with my giant ass 8mm camera.
02:00I would make movies with my sister and stop motion films with my beanie babies, and eventually
02:04my heart was set on being a movie director and moving to Hollywood.
02:08My friends and I were really into Pokemon at the time.
02:11We were also into other things like roller bleeding and Tamagotchis, and I even started
02:15a Tamagotchi babysitting service one time.
02:19But eventually, my friends started moving on from Pokemon and Tamagotchis to obsessing over
02:25boys and celebrities.
02:26This is when things started getting weird because I didn't like those things, I just
02:31wanted to play Pokemon.
02:32How tragic.
02:37When middle school started, everything started to change.
02:41I was still stuck in make believe land, but in reality I was this weird looking girl with
02:45no friends, poofy hair, fucked up teeth, I didn't know how to dress, I never wore makeup,
02:49and I didn't even shave yet.
02:51I had a unibrow.
02:53I was bullied every single day by several groups of people.
02:57The bullying got so bad that I would cut class and hide in the bathroom for hours, even sometimes
03:02the entire school day.
03:04I would go to the nurse's office and pretend to be sick so I could go home early.
03:09The only friend I had was my sister.
03:11She seemed like the only one who still wanted to play games and be silly with me.
03:15All we did was make movies all day with this shitty ass program called Digital Blue.
03:19I loved it.
03:20My family didn't care what I looked like or how I dressed or how fucked up my teeth were.
03:24Home was the only place I felt safe and I never wanted to leave.
03:27Which is ironic because I want to get the fuck out.
03:29I dreaded going to high school, but it wasn't as bad as I imagined.
03:33I started wearing a buttload of eyeliner and I was obsessed with bands like Rob Zombie, Marilyn
03:37Korn, Venge Sevenfold, System of a Down, yeah, I was one of those kids.
03:44I didn't have many friends who I hung out with outside of the school, and it seemed like
03:48I was always that awkward kid on the outside of the circle following everyone around, yet
03:52no one really acknowledged me.
03:54I was always like, hey, hey guys, hey, what's up guys?
03:58In 10th grade, I met my friend Donna.
04:00Her and I were like two peas in a pod instantly.
04:02We had billions of inside jokes and pretty much ran the school for a while.
04:07Unfortunately at this time, I started bullying people.
04:10I bullied a lot of those anime kids.
04:13It made people laugh, but I knew how badly it hurt.
04:15I was pretty much just projecting what happened to me in middle school.
04:18Look at that.
04:19What a bitch.
04:22A boy I was friends with asked me to be his girlfriend randomly one day.
04:25I didn't have feelings for him, but I felt like it was something I had to do to fit in.
04:30Things were awkward, and we broke up a week later through MySpace.
04:34Needless to say, that was the end of my high school love life.
04:37I used to make up stories about how I had a boyfriend who went to another school, and
04:40even created a fake MySpace profile of him.
04:44Polly Pockets.
04:46The truth was, I didn't know if I liked girls or boys.
04:49I remember the thought of kissing or anything like that to be gross to me.
04:53I was completely asexual, and life was confusing.
04:59When I graduated, me and my friend eventually stopped keeping in touch.
05:02I was back to square one.
05:04Then I started hanging out with a family friend of mine named Faith Moore.
05:08She was four years younger than me, and to her, I was this cool older kid.
05:11I used to tell her a lot of lies about myself.
05:14A lot of lies to make myself feel cooler.
05:16I also ran several catfish accounts on MySpace, pretending to be hot scene girls and guys.
05:22I was pretty much a huuuuge, wait for it, huuuuge fucking loser, there we go.
05:29After graduating and finally getting my braces off after four long years, I got my first job
05:33working at Carvel.
05:34It was really fun, except for the people I worked with with their awful, awful bitches
05:39and poured vodka into my water bottle and framed me for bringing alcohol to work.
05:43I still don't know how to drive because I was scared of driving and never really went
05:46anywhere, so I didn't think I needed a car.
05:48Then when I was 19, I finally got my license after two fails, and I got my first car, a
05:531999 Honda CR-V.
05:57It's my baby, and I still have it, and I don't want to get rid of it.
06:02Faith and I started getting into YouTube, and we created the series That 90 Show.
06:06It was mad fun and probably the best years of my life.
06:09I started getting into vlogging as Loka, one of the characters, and then for the first time
06:13started vlogging as myself, well, kinda.
06:16I went to college for film, but eventually switched to liberal arts because the film
06:20program at the school sucked hickory-smoked horse butt holes from a cup, and the teachers
06:24didn't care.
06:26I was doing great in every subject, but failed math three times, and it really brought me
06:30down.
06:31College was a nightmare.
06:32Sometimes it would get so bad that I would lie to my parents and tell them I was going
06:36to school.
06:37But in reality, I'd just park my car in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot and listen to Marina
06:41Diamonds and eat.
06:43Basically, I didn't really give a shit about my life anymore.
06:47The only things I looked forward to was my bunny Theodore and the internet.
06:51Theodore unfortunately passed away during his neutering operation.
06:54It was really unexpected and probably my breaking point.
06:57Look at that little face.
06:59My little angel.
07:02It threw me into a worse depression.
07:06I dropped out of college finally and stayed in my room being a depressed little shit
07:09all day.
07:11I spent most of my time visiting a certain internet community and making friends there.
07:16Having people to talk to, and some who were going through the same thing as me, helped
07:20me so much, whether they knew it or not, and I'm really thankful for that.
07:24I love you guys.
07:25Like, raw, raw.
07:26Like, seriously.
07:27Like, raw, you know.
07:32Things seemed to get better almost immediately after I dropped out.
07:39I lost my 20 pounds of stress weight and started eating a lot healthier.
07:42I adopted another bunny named Ollie and I somehow managed to get a very well-paying job as a makeup
07:47artist.
07:48The internet stopped being an escape.
07:49I stopped blogging and spending all my time on it.
07:53One internet friend in particular became more than a friend, and for the first time ever,
07:57I felt comfortable with being 100% myself around someone.
08:00I didn't have to lie to sound cooler or hide anything about myself.
08:04The long distance thing is hard sometimes, but I think we're pretty damn spoiled, seeing
08:08each other once a month and everything.
08:12He's such an amazing person and I'm so happy to have him in my life.
08:16He is my blooper.
08:17Wee.
08:18I can honestly say that I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life right now.
08:25All the bullying and bullshit was worth it in the end.
08:27I matured so much in the past year, I feel like a completely new person.
08:31I don't know what the fucking, fucking shit, fucking okay, well I guess that's it, bye.
