00:00The city today has an extraordinary gateway that celebrates Business Bay. We've always

00:16created very unique architecture, but they were never on Sheikh Zayed Road, which is the main

00:21road of this beautiful city of Dubai. More and more businesses are coming to Dubai, not only

00:27is population growth, but also economical growth, and the business growth has been tremendous.

00:32And the corporations and the businesses that are coming are demanding today not only grade

00:36A office spaces, but they're demanding sustainability, they're demanding wellness, they're demanding

00:40leisure for their employees, demanding connectivity. Some of the best things that they have seen

00:45in New York or London, Hong Kong, and we try to inspire from everything around the world.

00:51Lumina Alta has managed to deliver on that vision, and I'm very proud and happy to be able to

00:56contribute to the economical growth of Dubai, and create spaces to celebrate and welcome

01:02the large corporations of the world.

01:06We have gone all out to create everything authentic about Omniat. The combination of elevated living,

01:21together. And thanks to the location, it's actually enabled us to celebrate it even further.

02:03one of the most iconic sky hotels of the city. And that was the mandate, that was a brief, to create

02:08the most iconic sky hotel of Dubai. And when you are in Dubai, it's difficult to elevate every day,

02:14and I think we took that challenge. And this beautiful sky hotel in Lumina Alta will have the ability to

02:23create an indoor-outdoor experience at over 350 meter skyline with the full skyline of the city,

02:30from Burj Al Arab, all the way to Burj Khalifa, complete panoramic experience. And I think with a

02:36fantastic design and a seamless operational experience, we're going to truly be able to empower our owners,

02:42our inhabitants, and be connected to every corner of Dubai. The combination of Lumina and Lumina Alta,

02:48and its connectivity to different destinations of Dubai, both on the roadside, as well as on

02:52pedestrian, as well as metro, it's quite unique. The government of Dubai investing tremendously

02:58in the metro connections of the country and the city, and we're going further and further into

03:03connectivity of the metro and the different stations and the new lines that are coming up.

03:07And to be able to sit in such a unique crossing that enables people to go seamlessly to any corner

03:13of Dubai and have that at a doorstep of an office, I think it's a great privilege. We will be able to

03:17create something special. Of course, road connectivity is as important as a metro connectivity. And again,

03:23we are very, very fortunate with the gateway of Business Bay and the connectivity from Sheikh Zayed Road,

03:30back to Sheikh Zayed Road, from Lumina Alta, all the way to the direction of Abu Dhabi.

03:37They celebrate iconicness. They celebrate design. They celebrate human enablement.

03:43I'm looking forward to opening these beautiful gateway buildings,

03:47and I think it will be an excellent addition to the city.
