00:34The delegate added that 30 years after the 4th World Conference on Women and 25
00:39years after the unanimous adoption of the historic United Nations Security Council
00:44Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security, there is an urgent need to
00:51strive for a future of equality and respect.
00:56We call on the international community to enhance the sense of urgency, promote political settlement
01:06of hotspot issues, and create a peaceful and stable living environment for women. The Security
01:12Council should strengthen unity and cooperation, perform its primary mission of maintaining international
01:19peace and security, effectively promote ceasefires and end to war, advance political and diplomatic
01:25dialogues, and create more conditions to guarantee women.
