Nang Nak tells the story of Mak, a young man who returns home from war to his loving wife, Nak, and their newborn baby. He’s overjoyed to be reunited with them — but soon, strange things begin to happen, and the villagers avoid his house. Mak doesn’t realize that Nak and their child are actually ghosts, waiting for him to discover the heartbreaking truth.
