02:32with regard to the source of funding, planning, and implementation of the projects when he was sekretary.

02:44ipatatawag din sila dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez,

02:47at nagbitiw na ako, Bicol Partylist Representative Zaldico,

02:50na dating Chairman ng House of Operations Committee.

02:53Dumarami rin ang nananawagan na gawing publiko ang mga pagdinig ng ICI,

02:57lalo't itinigil pansamantala ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee ang kanilang mga pagdinig.

03:58isinapubliko naman nilang naunang findings na inihain sa ombudsman.
