02:13It is respectfully suggested that the bill should not only give the commission

02:21the power to investigate but also the power to file the appropriate charges

02:30and the power to prosecute them.

02:33Not just to investigate, not just to be glorified as researchers.

03:38Kung makansela ang lisensya, kahit mga pribadong proyekto ay hindi pwedeng makuha ng kontotista.

03:43Kabilang sa mga wala ng lisensya, ang siyam na kumpanya ng mga diskaya.

03:48Masihigbitan pa ng DTI ang pagkuhan ng lisensya bukod sa umiiral ng utos

03:52na dumaan ito sa DTI na siyang sasala sa mga nag-a-apply.

03:56Dati kasi ay ang DTI Attached Agency na Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board lamang

04:01ang sumasala at nag-a-aproba sa mga aplikasyon.

04:04Iba background check na ang mga nag-a-apply ng lisensya.
