00:31there is still a chance of heavy rain tomorrow, November 1,
00:34in some parts of northern and central Luzon,
00:37Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and northern Palawan.
00:42November 2 and 3,
00:43the weather will gradually get better in almost the whole country,
00:47except for localized thunderstorms,
